Step into The Back Room: a dedicated gig space with a full-sized stage, a thunderous sound system, and room for 300+ people. It’s dark, it’s loud, it’s unforgettable — perfect for nights filled with live bands, DJs, and soon, an immersive art installation.

At the 1880 Tavern, our skilled Head Chef and her team craft delicious gastro-style pub food, elevating classic dishes with a modern twist. Further elevate your dining experience by pairing your meals with expertly selected wines from our wine menu. Fully licensed, seating up to 100 people.

COCKTAIL BAR

The 1880 Hotel Cocktail & Whisky Bar is a quiet and intimate area of the hotel, where patrons can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, and sample a range of medium and high-end quality wines and spirits. Available for group bookings, birthdays and events.

MAIN BAR

The Main Bar offers a huge range of beers, wines and spirits. A great range of meals are available during mealtimes and live entertainment is provided every Friday and Saturday nights.

SPORTS LOUNGE

High definition televisions cover a variety sports and horse racing, and with TAB facilities on site the sports lounge is a popular place to catch up for a drink and watch your favourite sports.

ALFRESCO AREA | THE BACK ROOM

The 1880 Tavern’s primary entertainment area can cater for up to 300 people and be used for dining, casual drinks with friends or dancing the night away after hours with live entertainment every Friday and Saturday night.
